The longest day has officially marked the start of our favourite season – which means there are plenty of summer events to look forward to at Sankey’s! We’ve already celebrated Gin & Jazz on The Pantiles, which showcased over 40 distillers and producers in Tunbridge Wells, while we cooked up no less than 12 batches of our famous seafood paella over the weekend.
But we’re only just getting started, as we’ve got lots still to look forward to. With supper clubs, food festivals, outside dining and much more yet to come, you won’t want to spend your summertime anywhere else.

Already in full swing, the ever-popular Jazz on The Pantiles is running every Thursday until September! With top tunes on the bandstand and (hopefully) glorious weather, you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere better than Sankey’s Old Fishmarket for a glass of Squerryes and some sumptuous seafood.
On July 4, we’re welcoming The Calypso Kitchen for a Caribbean supper club at Sankey’s Seafood Kitchen & Bar. Guests can look forward to some unforgettable dishes, including Tobago curried crab and dumplings, jerk lobster and Escabeche seabass – spaces are limited, so click here to book now!
From July 5, we’ll be running Thank Funk It’s Friday, weekly afterwork evenings of mega music and delicious drinks at Sankey’s Seafood Kitchen & Bar! Kick off your weekend in our Mount Ephraim garden from 6-10pm for chilled vibes, live DJs and table service throughout summer.
Tom Kerridge returns to Dunorlan Park for Pub in the Park from July 12-14 – and we’re back too! Don’t miss our mouth-watering rock oysters with mignonette dressing from Richard Haward’s Oysters, alongside king prawn and fried oyster po’ boys with chipotle mayo and baby gem lettuce.
At both our seafood bar and pub, we’ve got the perfect outside areas for dining and drinking! Whether you’re enjoying a pint with your po’ boy in our Mount Ephraim garden, or a seafood platter on The Pantiles, they’re great locations to soak up some summer sunshine.
Did you know that Sankey’s Old Fishmarket serves breakfast? From 9am-12pm on Saturdays and Sundays, join us on The Pantiles for Eggs Benedict or Florentine, Manx kippers, crab omelette, lobster hollandaise and more! An ideal spot to watch the world go by on those lazy summer weekends…
We don’t only serve Champagne on The Pantiles – Sankey’s Old Fishmarket boasts a great range of cocktails too! Take your pick from our Champagne Cocktail, Kir Royal, Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary or Rhubarb Fizz, and raise a glass in this picturesque part of town.
Our Seafood Kitchen & Bar is famed for its eclectic craft beers – and now, we’re going all in on our gin! Head to our Mount Ephraim pub for a refreshing G&T, including botanical brands like Longtooth, Mermaid and Pinkster, plus Pipehouse, Warner’s and Monkey 47.
