Whilst 2021 will be our third Pub in the Park event, this year things are different. From cheeky upstarts nicking a pitch and making a noise to having a full on 'POP UP' restaurant, this summer we’re taking it to the big celeb-chef crowd!
We’ve painstakingly created a menu of 4 dishes that we are seriously proud of - and they are truly unique Sankey's dishes.
At Sankey's we are a sum of our parts, and although Matthew might have the surname, the entire crew is involved with every aspect of the business. Likewise, our four dishes have been created, trialled, and improved on by all corners of the team – resulting in a special menu that we’re really chuffed with and cannot wait for you to try:
The Po'Boy
Panko king prawns, chipotle mayo, lime, lettuce, served in a brioche roll
For Cods Sake, Eat Hake
Dill cured poached hake, minted mushy peas, tartar sauce, and rosti
Billy The Squid
Sauteed cuttlefish & squid, red onions, ginger chilli, and coriander
Vegan Fish & Chips...well kind of
Nori Seaweed, Vegan beer batter, baby gem, spring onion, cucumber salad, miso Sauce, taco
