Picture the scene: you’re at the Pantiles Food Festival on either May 14th or 15th(preferably both), you’ve headed straight to the Sankey’s stall to pick up aserving of our classic seafood paella, and now all you need is that perfecttipple to top things off with. Fortunately for you, and despite the name of theevent, there’ll also be some brilliant producers on hand to wet the whistlewith an array of delicious drinks.

Thirsty? Let us run you through a few to look forward to next month:

Limoncello Spritzer Club – Giving a homemade spin on the Italian classic liqueur, the team of Alex and Nic will be providing a taste of the Amalfi coast to the lovely people of Tunbridge Wells with their super refreshing range of lemony spritzers. Pair with our seafood delights, and you’ll be jetting off to the Med without ever leaving the Garden of England.

Longtooth Gin – Take a trip back in time to the 60s with these guys’ botanical beauties inspired by the original Bengal London Dry. Sample their iconic Longtooth, Rose Petal & Strawberry gin, their Sevilla Marmalade gin, or a cocktail made with one of your choosing for a refreshing concoction out on the Pantiles.

Tropical Wine– Speaking of taking a trip, why not set sail for the Philippines with a wine unlike any you’ve ever tried before? A crisp still white or something sparkling from Squerryes is normally our recommendation, but this time you’ll be in for a treat with a selection of coconut, mango, and even sugarcane-based wines.

After all the hard graft we’ll be putting in next month, we can’t wait to have sip or three of these tempting tipples!
