We’ve always done things a little bit differently here at Sankey’s, and chicken is just so passé. Enter our Kentucky Fried Dab. A smaller cousin of place and flounder, dab is a versatile and delicious fish that lends itself perfectly to the drool-worthy blend of herbs and spices that make up that signature Southern flavour.

It’s the ideal – and already a very popular – starter at our Mount Ephraim site, but it also makes for a great small plate to enjoy in our brand new drinking lounge… That’s right, you heard us correctly – our bar is a bar again!
